Ingredients
3 cups finely shredded crisp green cabbage1/4 cup minced onion
1 small carrot, shredded
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions
Put cabbage, onion and carrot in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve the sugar. Pour over cabbage and toss lightly. Serves 6
